Liz Margree is Associate Director of People Create and, over the last few years, has worked with a wide range of clients including UBS, Allianz Insurance (Ireland), Ernst & Young, Reckitt Benckiser and Marks & Spencer.

Liz specialises in the design and facilitation of action-based learning programmes with a focus towards developing creative and passionate leaders, understanding and cultivating personal brand, and developing better, more fruitful relationships with internal and external clients.

Her approach takes her across sectors - commercial, charitable, public and cultural and is insightful in its approach, using models, methodologies and principles from the arts, in particular theatre and film, to engage the whole person in their learning and professional development. She is Associate Director of People Create Limited and an Associate and founding member of Unlimited Theatre.

Liz also provides one-to-one personal impact and speech coaching for leaders and senior managers, unpacking how to achieve great stage presence. She is a volunteer mentor for a number of young theatre companies and lectures at London South Bank University on the Performing Arts Management Course. She is a recent graduate of the Open University with first class Honours in Psychology and is currently undertaking a Masters in Occupational Psychology.
