As founding Director, Mark Wright formed People Create in Spring 2007 with the intention of creating credible and inspiring learning for a wide range of organisations and cultures. With a background in creativity and leadership development in the UK arts sector and one of the world's largest accountancy firms he knew that he could work with amazing colleagues and clients to create engaging, challenging and highly effective development programmes. Our learning design and facilitation often blends creativity, realistic business modelling and psychometric insight tools such as MBTI and FIRO-B.
Some of our first clients were Marks & Spencer, UBS Investment Bank and the Cultural Leadership Programme (allied to Arts Council England) and since then we have gone from strength to strength, building great work for clients across the UK and internationally through referral and recommendation.
Over the last few years we have had the privilege of working with hundreds of people, in organisations large and small across the UK, as well as assignments in the USA, Hong Kong, Nigeria, Bahrain, Jordan, Lebanon and Europe.
We actively seek to work with a wide range of commercial, social and charitable organisations and we want to help people deliver more effective performance, better decisions and clearer solutions, irrespective of setting. This diversity of experience, and the insight it brings, is core to the success of our work.
Our intention has always been to work with a select range of highly skilled business strategists and facilitators, theatre professionals and other creative practitioners in order to deliver carefully considered, ambitious solutions for our clients.
