We passionately believe that the work we do, in collaboration with our network of business consultants, creative learning specialists and clients really does make a difference to how people feel, think and perform at work.

We would like to think that our success in this recent work with some really big organisations is down to good looks but it is more likely to stem from listening intently to them and carefully creating tailored learning solutions that deliver inspirational and tangible long term benefits.

I formed People Create Limited in 2007 with the express wish to deliver credible and inspiring learning into a wide range of organisations and cultures. I have recently been joined by Liz Margree as an Associate Director.

Liz is a Theatre Director in her own right and we have worked together on a wide range of client projects including UBS, Ernst & Young, Reckitt Benckiser and Marks & Spencer.

Liz is co-founder of Unlimited Theatre and brings a wealth of experience from making challenging, contemporary touring theatre into the design and delivery of our learning. Together we have built models for sustaining creativity and innovation in corporate cultures and delivered some pretty cool work on assertiveness, personal impact, storytelling, accelerated team building and leadership development.
