Over the last four years, we have become a key partner of the Cultural Leadership Programme, helping them to deliver their remit of building the leadership capacity of individuals and organisations in the UK cultural sector (arts, museums, libraries, archives and creative industries).
We have done this through a range of connected and varied Programmes:

Leadership Development Days

A range of day workshops, delivered across the UK, focussing on leadership behaviours, styles and preference, using classic films, MBTI and narrative planning.

LDDplus

A further set of "follow on" development workshops looking at leadership landscapes, Situational Influence, personal brand and strategic planning.

Our recruitment priorities for both programmes is to increase the number of black and Asian people, disabled people and those running micro-enterprises who want to influence the sector through their leadership behaviour.

Leadership Unleashed 2009/2010 and 2010/2011

Leadership Unleashed is an ambitious and unique leadership programme working with two successive cohorts of 80 organisational leaders drawn from the cultural sector and business community. The programme seeks to explore the areas of commonality and difference between these two sectors and develop leaders who positively lead with curiosity, insight, passion and courage.

Wayfarer

We are delighted to be working in collaboration with Battersea Arts Centre in London to deliver a tailored programme of leadership development, specifically for artists and practitioners, who lead through their practice rather than in an organisational setting. Wayfarer combines personal coaching with Action Learning, mentoring and opportunities to develop their practice with Battersea Arts Centre.
