Client story: UBS

The question seemed simple enough:
“what else are you thinking about that we might get involved in?”

I had no idea, when Liz and I were chatting with Julius over lunch, where this innocent question would lead us. But since that memorable day back in October we have been on a journey that has seen us travel from London to New York to Hong Kong and back again working with some of the most talented leaders in one of the world’s largest investment banks.

Julius is Executive Director for Human Resources at UBS and from our first tentative meeting a year or so back, we have built a relationship with him of mutual trust, creative challenge and collaborative working. Between us we have created exciting new work that has stretched both them and us, from workshops on personal impact through to recent thinking about collaborative creativity and innovation.

When I told Julius that I wanted to write about our work with UBS, he was kind enough to send me this:
